HTET 2015 Syllabus PGT Lecturer Paper-III (Level-III) Secondary Stage Labels: HTET The test items on Child Development and Pedagogy will focus on educational psychology of teaching and learning, relevant to the age group of 14-17 years. They will focus on understanding the characteristics, needs and psychology of diverse learners, interaction with learners and the attributes and qualities of a good facilitator of learning. *.The test items for language I (Hindi) will focus on the proficiency related to the medium of instruction relevant to the age group of 14-17 years. *.The Language II (English) will focus on the elements of language, communication and comprehension abilities relevant to the age group of 14-17 years. *.The test items in subject specific will focus on the concepts, problem solving abilities and pedagogical understanding of these subjects. The test items shall be evenly distributed over different divisions of the syllabus of that subject as prescribed for classes IX-XII by the Board of School Education Haryana. *.The questions in the test will be based on the topics of the prescribed syllabus of the Board of School Education Haryana for classes IX-XII but their difficulty standard as well linkages could be upto the Post-Graduate level.

बैंकिंग सेक्टर फिलहाल सरकारी और प्राइवेट जॉब देने में आगे है. यहां बड़े स्तर पर युवाओं को हायर किया जा रहा है. बैंक में नौकरी पानेके लिए आईबीपीएस, आरबीआई और एसबीआई के एग्जाम ज्यादा लोकप्रिय हैं. बैंक में ज्यादातर भर्तियां अभी आईबीपीएसकराता है. आईबीपीएस पीओ एग्जाम में कुछ बड़े बदलाव किए गए हैं. पहले ऑनलाइन एग्जाम और इंटरव्यू के आधार पर परीक्षाआयोजित की जाती थी. वहीं, अब सिविल सर्विसेज परीक्षा की तरह प्रारंभिक और मुख्य परीक्षा होगी. बदले हुए पैटर्न के अनुसार तैयारी करने के पांच टिप्स: 1.IBPS ने प्रारंभिक परीक्षा और मुख्य परीक्षा के सवालों के पैटर्न के बारे में कुछ नहीं बताया है. लेकिन ऐसा माना जा रहा है कि बैंकिंग परीक्षा में पूछे जाने वाले हर सेक्शन (मैथ्स, रीजनिंग, जीएस, कंप्यूटर) से 25 सवाल यानी 100 सवाल पूछे जाएंगे. इसकी तैयारी करने के लिए बेसिक नॉलेज जरूरी है. बेसिक जानकारी के बाद सेट प्रैक्टिस तैयारी के लिहाज से परीक्षा में काफी मददगार साबित हो सकता है. 2.सेट की प्रैक्टिसमें ज्यादा से ज्यादा शॉर्ट कट्स, ट्रिक्स का इस्तेमाल करें और उन्हें याद भी रखें. 3.ऑनलाइन एग्जाम देने के लिए कंप्यूटर पर अपने हाथों को सेट करना सीखें, ताकि आपकी स्पीड अच्छी हो जाए. 4.सवाल को देखकर यह परखना सीखें कि इसमें कितना समय लगने वाला है. ऐसा करने से आपको एग्जामके समय सवालों को हल करने में परेशानी नहीं होगी. 5. लिखित परीक्षापास करने के बाद आपको इंटरव्यू देने का मौका मिलेगा. इंटरव्यू देने से पहले अगर आप मॉक इंटरव्यू किसी कोचिंग से कर लें तो इसका फायदा मिलेगा. इंटरव्यू में अपने शहर और ग्रेजुएशन के विषय से संबंधित बेसिक सवालोंके जवाब सीधे देने के लिए तैयार रहें, क्योंकि ज्यादातर सवाल इन्हीं क्षेत्रों से किए जाते हैं.


भारतीय पुलिस में क्लास वन ऑफिसर बनने के लिए IPS (इंडियन पुलिस सर्विसेज़) एग्जाम क्लियर करना होता है. UPSC (यूनियन पब्लिक सर्विस कमीशन) हर साल इस एग्जाम को कंडक्ट करती है. हर साल 3,50,000 से ज्यादा उम्मीदवार इस एग्जाम में बैठते हैं, लेकिन सिर्फ 200 लोगों का ही फाइनल सेलेक्शन होता है. इसलिए अगर आप IPS बनना चाहते हैं तो कड़ी मेहनत के लिए तैयार हो जाइए. शैक्षिक योग्यता और उम्र सीमा भारत / नेपाल / भूटान के ग्रेजुएट उम्मीदवार IPS एग्जाम में बैठ सकते हैं. उम्मीदवार की उम्र 21-30 साल के बीच होती चाहिए. एससी / एसटी श्रेणी के उम्मीदवारों को पांच साल की छूट दी जाती है. शारीरिक योग्यता लंबाई:पुरुष उम्मीदवार की लंबाई कम से कम 165 सेंटीमीर होनी चाहिए. 160 सेंटीमीटर के SC/OBC उम्मीदवार भी एप्लाई कर सकते हैं. वहीं महिला उम्मीदवारों की लंबाई 150 सेंटीमीटर होनी चाहिए. 145 सेंटीमीटर की SC/OBC महिला उम्मीदवार भी एप्लाई कर सकती हैं. चेस्ट:पुरुषों के लिए कम से कम 84 सेंटीमीटर. महिलाओं के लिए कम से कम 79 सेंटीमीटर. आई साइट:स्वस्थ आंखों का विज़न 6/6 या 6/9 होना चाहिए. कमजोर आंखों का विज़न 6/12 or 6/9 होना चाहिए. एग्जाम 1.IPS एग्जाम के दो चरण हैं. पहले चरण में प्रिलिमनेरी एग्जाम (प्रिलिम्स) होता है. प्रिलिम्स में दो पेपर होते हैं- जनरल स्टडीज और एक ऑप्शनल सब्जेक्ट. इसमें ऑब्जेक्टिव सवाल पूछे जाते हैं. इस एग्जाम में सफल होने वाले उम्मीदवारों का चयन दूसरे चरण यानी कि मेन एग्जाम के लिए होता है. हालांकि फाइनल रिजल्ट तैयार करते वक्त प्रिलिम्स के नंबर नहीं जुड़ते हैं. 2.प्रिलिम्स क्लियर करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को मेन एग्जाम में बैठना होता है. इस एग्जाम के लिए कई विषयों की एक लिस्ट होती है, जिसमें से दो सब्जेक्ट अनिवार्य और दो वैकल्पिक होते हैं. उम्मीदवार कोई भी ऑप्शनल सब्जेक्ट चुन सकते हैं. इस एग्जाम में उम्मीदवारों को कॉम्प्रिहेन्सिव जवाब देने होते हैं. 3.मेन एग्जाम क्लियर करने के बाद उम्मीदवारों को पर्सनल इंटरव्यू राउंड के लिए बुलाया जाता है. यह इंटरव्यू लगभग 45 मिनट का होता है. उम्मीदवार का इंटरव्यू एक पैनल के सामने होता है. 4.इंटरव्यू के बाद मेन एग्जाम और इंटरव्यू के नंबरों को जोड़कर मेरिट लिस्ट तैयार की जाती है. UPSC एग्जाम क्लियर करने के अलावा स्टेट PSC एग्जाम पास करके भी IPS ऑफिसर बना जा सकता है. स्टेट लेवल का एग्जाम पास करने के बाद SP बनने में आठ से 10 साल का समय लगता है. ट्रेनिंग चयनित उम्मीदवारों को एक साल की ट्रेनिंग के लिए पहले मसूरी और फिर हैदराबाद भेजा जाता है. भावी पुलिस अधिकारियों को भारतीय दंड संहिता, स्पेशल लॉ और क्रिमिनोलॉजी की ट्रेनिंग दी जाती है. ऑफिसर्स को फिजिकल ट्रेनिंग भी दी जाती है.
